Tesla's lost journal

Inside is a device designed to enhance and build up ley lines as a means of defense against the alignment of the cosmos in December. Mac Devlin is an engineer who lovs to design and construct cutting edge inventions to better mankind. The journal is somehow linked to the mass murderer H. H Holmes who committed a series of gruesome crimes in 1893, at the same fair where Tesla was in charge of lighting up the fairgrounds with one of his new inventions AC power. Tesla meet a young Einstein, and on realizing what Holmes is up to work to come up with a dvice that will stop him once and for all.

The Uncle's notes

His scientific research into the evolution of wurms and how the appearde to become extinct, when in fact they formed a simbiotic relationship with a plant species that also cross here from another world. The warrior wurms have stings that inject an egg into the host body, along with an enzyme that breaks down vascular walls allowing them to travel to the brain. Once there they hard wire themselves in and through that gateway make humans suceptible to their psychic minds.

What to draw?

First things that came to mind were of course trees, flowers and plants. Why, because they're all around us. Next I tried conceptual sketches of my monsters, 'Wurms', along the lines of a scientific journal. This all makes sense when combined with Tesla's lost journal and the one invention he didn't share with the world. What, you've never heard of it?
I discovered that all monsters are not equal, feedback one one sketch, "Is it eatinga 'Fig Newton'?"
Careful examination revealed that it appeared so, after the fact.
